Michael F. Rogers is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. His law practice primarily involves negotiating and documenting commercial transactions for a variety of clients. These transactions include sales, purchases and mergers of existing businesses, formation of joint venture arrangements, creation of new business entities, the procurement of both debt and equity financing for business operations and the implementation of significant operational contracts. His clients represent diverse business interests but include those in the business of live entertainment, oil field services, beverage distribution and manufacturing.
Mr. Rogers received a B.A., cum laude, in chemical engineering from Rice University in 1980 and a J.D. with honors, from the University of Texas in 1983. He and his wife Janell live in West University and attend Church of the Apostles – Houston.
